Undo a delete, or a wrong tap

The recycle bin

Deleting a customer, product or draft does not destroy it. It goes to Settings → Recycle bin, where you can restore it.

Deleting in bulk works the same way, and an undo is offered immediately after the action for the case where you noticed straight away.

What the recycle bin will not save you from

Finalized financial documents are never deleted, so they are never in the bin. A finalized invoice can be cancelled with a reason, and that is the strongest action available on it.

Cancelling cannot be undone either. If you cancel one by mistake, raise a fresh invoice.

It does not keep things forever

Items in the recycle bin are cleared after a retention window. Restore what you need rather than treating the bin as storage.
