Questions about paying
Do I pay more for extra users?
No. Users are unlimited on both plans. Add your staff and your CA at no extra cost — there is no seat count anywhere in Dukaaan.
Do I need a card to start the 14-day trial?
No card, and nothing is charged automatically. We would rather you decided after using it than after forgetting to cancel.
Is there a limit on invoices?
No. Raise as many invoices, quotations and credit notes as your business needs. We do not count them and we do not price on them.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
You export all of it — customers, invoices, payments, stock, the lot — as CSV and JSON, from settings, without asking us.
