Share an invoice with your customer

Get the PDF

Open a finalized invoice and choose Get PDF & share link. You get the document as a PDF with your logo, your GST details, the tax split and the total written out in words.

A draft has no PDF. Finalize it first — a draft is not a document yet.

Send it on WhatsApp

If the customer has a phone number saved, the same screen offers Share on WhatsApp. It opens WhatsApp with the link ready and you press send.

If you do not see the option, the customer has no phone number on file. Add one on their page and it appears.

You send the message, not us. Dukaaan does not message your customers on its own, and it never will without you asking for it first.

What we cannot do yet

Dukaaan cannot email an invoice for you, and it cannot chase an unpaid one on a schedule. Both are on our roadmap and neither is here today.

Until then: share the link, and use the list of who owes you to decide who is worth a phone call this week.
